Room Temperature Curable Casting Systems

Solid/Non-Foam Casting Resins

Because of the low-cost mold and simple process, the room temperature curable urethane casting systems require a smaller initial investment on equipment, toolings, and molds to start a production.  Some of the existing applications are:

  • Mold Making Material for Precast Concrete Products

  • Concrete Stamps

  • Vibration dampening, noise reduction, bumpers, and padding products

  • Gaskets

  • Encapsulation/Potting compound for electronic components

  • Prototyping and small runs of products
